Hey everyone! Hope all of you are doing well! I'm so glad April is here...warmer weather, flowers, spring break (but I don't get it), and Easter!! Wanted to share a few things with you. First, God has been working a miracle in my mind. These past few weeks have been incredible. I have gone 3-4 days and have realized that those were good days! So, then I start to think that I can have another good 3-4 days. It really has been amazing and my outlook on life has taken a complete 180.

With that said, I'll share with you the results of my PET scan. There are four lymph nodes behind my chest wall that are cancerous. I go to the doctor on Wednesday to find out what treatment we are going to do. I will keep you all posted. I appreciate your continued prayers. Please know that I firmly believe God has his hand all over this. He does not allow anything to happen that is not in His will. I will continue to be obedient and will serve Him to the day that I die....no matter what the circumstances. Thanks ya'll and....

When my cousin came in town a couple of months ago, she told me that she thought God had some gentle blessings in store for me this year. Now, I don't believe that my cousin is a prophetess, but I do believe in what she said. However, I believe that is true all the time, I am just to caught up in "me" to actually see the blessing. Take for example last year......Yes, it was one of the hardest years of my life, but looking back, there were/are so many blessings that came from that trial. Sometimes I wish I could go back and rewind the last year and watch it in slow motion so I can see to the fullest all the blessings that God "plopped" in my lap. I'm sure there are many that I let pass me by. So, with God's help, I'm determined to see the blessings He has given me and will give me in the future. My goal is to take time every night to write down the blessings of the day. God is good, even during trials......that's something to remember!

Well, it's almost the end of March....hard to believe! My family came in town last weekend (Mom, Dad, Jeremy, Jason and Molly (Jason's dog). We watched movies, shopped, ate and went to church. We had a good time. Next time I'll see them will be Easter. I've been extra sick this past week, but am doing much better. We took the DayBreak kids to the Burke center tonight.....that's always a good time!

I have a request.....I have told you all about my friend Erin who is battling cancer. She had a scan last week and the spots are still on her lung and there is a new spot. She will start chemo on Monday. They will do four treatments over the next two months (every other week). I talked to her on Wednesday and she is so positive!! She is ready to fight. Please pray that the chemo works and that it kills all the cancer cells in her body.

This past weekend was SO GOOD. I forgot how much I love warm weather! Today, I had the first picnic of the year with Julie, Hutch and the dogs...lol. Mocha is getting big. I'll have to get another picture of her up soon. I can't believe it's the middle of the month. Next weekend my family is coming to visit. I can't wait...it's been a while since they were all here. This is really short, but I am dying to go read my book. Hope all of you are doing well..
