I have finally put some pics up of Mocha's puppies. They are so cute and sweet! Tomorrow, we have two families that are coming to pick up their puppies. They will be 5 weeks old Thursday. There are still 6 left, so if you are interested in a pup, contact me. They are AKC registered.

Things are going pretty good. I have 4 more brain radiation treatments. It hasn't been as easy as I thought, but it could always be worse. It is pretty here today...it'll be nice to get out in the sunshine for a while. Sorry this is short, but I can only do a little at a time. Hope you all have a great day!!!

It's been a good week. Actually I don't remember much because I sleep a lot, but it's all good. Last Friday my friends Lorri and Dion and their 3 kids came for an afternoon visit. It was so good to see them. Saturday I just layed around and played with the puppies. They are so cute and are looking for owners, so if you want one, let me know. They are all black and healthy. Mocha is a great mommy! Sunday was Easter and church was awesome. I just love how God works. We had a couple baptized and Jesus was just beaming from them...it was precious. Everyone came over, but I don't remember. I slept through the entire thing! crazy! Treatment is going well. I think I have 10 treatments left. Not bad. I start chemo on Monday. I bought a Law and Order game when I was in New York and I hope to get to play that Friday night. Sounds like sooooo much fun! I've gotten two voice mails from my nephew Ellis singing me songs and they are so cute. I save them. I'm also going to put this link on here so you can watch my cousin break it down. I got to come home today....so exciting. I've just been hanging out watching TV and dad brought in the pups so I could play with them for a minute. They got so big when I was in the hospital. Let's see....my hair is falling out like crazy and I feel like I'm in a daze a lot, but other than that, it's all good. Oh yeah, and I'm constantly starving. Decadron is the craziest drug ever! Tonight, we have home health services starting. They will give me my drugs IV.

Well, that's about all I can do for now, so I'll talk to you soon!

hey there...still aunt leigh ann here... i was anxious to let everyone know that sarah beth has been having a very good couple of days! she is still pretty weak and a bit off-balance. but the past few days have brought a noticeable change in her. she was wide awake when i got to work today and checked in on her. and still awake later when i went to help her get cleaned up. she ate really well today and as of this afternoon was able to keep it all in. she is having a lot of scalp tenderness as a result of the radiation. but her headache is leaving her alone for now, which is a blessing. we aren't sure when she'll be discharged from the hospital. but i think her doctors want to keep a close eye on her for a few more days.

she was full of conversation and smiles and laughing today. God is so gracious to give us moments like these, isn't He?

thank you, thank you, thank you for your faithful prayers for sarah beth and for our family. you may never know how much she is (we are) strengthened and comforted by knowing that people are praying.

hey everyone...it's sarah beth's aunt leigh ann again...she asked me today if i would update her site for her. she can't take looking at the computer screen right now. so here i am.

she had a pretty hard week last week - not feeling well at all. by monday, she was extremely fatigued, was still dealing with a terrible headache, and was dehydrated. she's very very weak. she was admitted to the hospital that day. they are managing her pain and her nausea with meds. it doesn't seem to be totally successful, but i guess that any relief is better than no relief at all.

of course her outlook and her attitude continue to be amazing. aunt martha and i were telling her that today. she doesn't think she has such a great attitude - we were very quick to correct her! martha said "i tell her she's my inspiration." (and martha's not the first person to say that!) even feeling like she does (and even when we thought she might be asleep) she was quick with a smile and a laugh today when she heard something worthy of one of those. and her faith in God is not shaken. she is holding on to Him.

please continue to pray for sarah beth. and for mark and kathleen as they juggle so much to be there for her and with her every moment they are able.
